A woman named Margerat Thatcherhad her neck snapped by a 25 yearold named Lennie small. Lennie smallwas then killed by the man he hadapparently travelled with his wholelife, George Milton. According to theforensics department of the Soledadpolice, Mr. Small was apparentlyfeeling the women’s hair when shestruggled but Mr. Small would notlet go. Mrs. Thatcher neck wassnapped because of being shakenvery violently
.
Mr. Small was examining a puppythat he had accidently killed whenMrs. Thatcher came in and asked himabout the puppy. 10 Minutes later shewas found dead by the local ranchworkers including her husband.

My view on the murder committed by George Miltonof Lennie Small is that georgedid not do it out of revenge, hedid it out of love and for thegreater good. I do not think George Milton should go to jail because I believe thatGeorge Milton killed LennieSmall for several reasonsincluding: George Milton didnot want the both of them tolose anymore, he didn’t wantLennie get into any other fights at other places, andGeorge did not want Lennie but couldn’t bear leaving him because he feared for Lennie’shealth. Also George did notkill Lennie in a brutal way atall, there was a story thatLennie loved to george to tellto him about what wouldhappen when they got a farm,so George told this story andgot Lennie to look out over themountain tops so he would dieas peacefully as is possiblewhen being shot. Inconclusion i believe that thiswas a case euthanasia.
Mr. Small and Mr. Milton were always goodfriends.
