Legal Environment of Business Semester II Course Objective: Law permeates every aspect of business and it is essential that a manager

has a good understanding of the laws which have an impact on the functioning of corporations. Legal Environment of Business envisages to provide the students with the basic knowledge of the legal system and environment in which corporations function. The objective is to equip the students with understanding nuances of laws which are relevant to the day to day functioning of business entities. The focus of the course would be on understanding laws of the land which impact the world of business to enable the managers take informed decisions.
