The Wave Entrepreneurial Report is used to identify Entrepreneurial Potential, based on the Entrecode® model -a model of how successful entrepreneurs create and lead high value businesses, often starting with virtually nothing. This model is based on fifteen years of research undertaken by Professor David Hall and his associates (www.entrecode.co.uk). The report predicts potential in each of six core areas, from‘Getting in the Zone’ through to ‘Building Capability’. At a glance, you can see if your respondent has what it will take to be successful, quickly identifying strengths, development needs, blind spots or potential derailers.
