Which response shows you jumping to conclusions, ignoring evidence, and forgoing basic journalistic skills. Awesome.

Re: Just what is the truth of matter Tom Devine? Jesslyn Radack? GAP? Completely okay. It's so okay that I am not censoring you and you have the freedom to postwhatever in the threads of my posts. But just know I will have a response and won't ignore it.On Thu, Mar 21, 2013 at 2:59 PM, David Pardo <dpardo@outlook.com> wrote:Wordplay. Re: FW: Just what is the truth of matter Tom Devine? Jesslyn Radack? GAP? You do realize that picking sides, dismissing, ignoring or whatever could be part of looking into what you say objectively? But, you know, since there's an air of subjectivity to what you are doing, objectively looking into this would have to reflectwhat you subjectively have already concluded.Kevin

Or you can look intothis objectively.

GAP's business model relies on "the blood of patriots" asDrake/Kiriakou- look at GAP's fundraising letters, look at GAP's proposals to the few foundations that provide essential funding toGAP. Ditto Franz Gayl. We are your fundraising tools, abusedfor our good faith. GAP looked other way at 35 years of lawbreaking atOSC/MSPB. Now it obstructs efforts to expose and end it,including slandering me - for years now - as a "threat of violence."America is much diminished and more threatened by GAP'sexploitative business model. That is the truth and I want to be heldaccountable for publicly saying that truth. File a professional misconduct complaint against me if you contendI am making public statements in an untruthful and non-objectivemanner. While that is not grounds to file a complaint against anattorney, it is to file one against a PE in matters of public healthand safety - which this is. Or, if you want me to stop publicly shaming you, then publicly sayyou want Obama to direct a resolution of broken covenantcontentions at Office of Legal Counsel to prevent moreDrakes/Kiriakous - or publicly resign from GAP if it directs younot to do so. But stop exploiting - and now obstructing efforts toend - gov't lawbreaking at OSC/MSPB - because it producesvictims as Drake/Kiriakou for you to shamelessly exploit.

Repeating a falsehood doesn't make it true. OSC could have, bylaw, accepted national security whistleblowers' disclosures (notcomplaints for reprisal, but disclosures) and forwarded them tothe relevant intel committees in Congress and National SecurityAdvisor. 5 U.S.C. 1213(j). Whether it wasn't able to, because of corruption, incompetence, or other, is a different matter. OSCnow claims it can receive classified disclosures. You do no one insociety any favors but claiming that national security/intelwhistleblowers have no where to go, as you did with the NDAAlitigation amicus brief.Kindly stop pathologizing (aka smearing) whistleblowers whocare about the rule of law. This is not a "Joe Carson" thing, it's agood government thing. GAP has a shoddy record on ensuringOSC abides by the law and helping promote efforts to the same. CC: [redacted]From: jar3rad@gmail.comSubject: Re: Just what is the truth of matter Tom Devine? We represented them pro bono and did not make a centoff their cases. You are also wrong on the facts. As has already been explainedto you ad infinitum, as national security and intel employees, OSCwas unavailable (we checked in both cases). Just b/c GAP does not share YOUR obsessive quest of howOSC should behave according to Joe Carson , does not meanGAP has no interest in OSC reform. We have multiple casesthere, and have won them all so far. --Jess Sent from my iPhoneOn Feb 11, 2013, at 10:48 PM, "Joe Carson"< jpcarson@tds.net> wrote:
