Cada da tenemos en nuestros hogares y negocios ms receptores con circuitos electrnicos que son costosos y sensibles a las sobre tensiones. Por su diseo constructivo en nuestros aparatos 3P+N el contacto de neutro cierra antes que las fases principales y abre despus, garantizando de forma efectiva este funcionamiento. El polo de neutro est situado a la izquierda del interrup tor visto de frente. En la etiqueta de identificacin de contactos, aparece con esta representacin. In our 3P+N switches the neutral makes earlier than the main phases and it breaks later. This performance is ensured thanks to its constructive design. The switch - disconnectors S5000 has been designed according to standard IEC/EN 60947-3 for its use in low voltage civil and industrial installations. M olded case design with frame parts of non - flammable glass fibre reinforced polyester with high mechanical and electrical track resistance and with low water absorption. E xcellent thermal and dielectric properties of insulating materials adjacent to current - carrying parts: Dielectric strenght, electrical track resistance and dimensional stability at high temperatures. K nife - type contacts with self - wiping action on the contact surfaces, providing: - Under heavy starting currents or with short - circuit conditions, the contact pressure is increased. - Shock and vibration proof contacts. F our breaking points per pole with two double -break contacts. T wo stage make/break contacts: The working contact is free of the damaging effect of the electrical arc; an additional section is provided to take up that strain. Q uick make - break action with a spring loaded energy mechanism, which ensures independent operation.

The range of compact changeover switches, designed according to IEC/EN 60947-3, stands out for the easy and low - cost installation, flexibility, safety and reliability. Compact size saves panel space and allows the usage of a smaller enclosure. A manually operated version can be motorized in a second moment. Fully rated switched neutral pole which closes first and opens last ensuring presence of neutral always in the circuit and giving protection against accidental overvoltage surges in equipments connected between phase and neutral. Suitable for isolaton as per IEC/EN 60947-3, ensuring safety of the operator by eliminating chances of wrong indication of handle position. New range of changeover switches from 200 to 1250A designed to meet the requirements of both manual and automatic transfers between the main supply (mains 1) and the alternative supply (mains 2/Gen - Set). Compared to the traditional solution to build a changeover unit based on the mechanical coupling of two switches, the new range of changeover switches is characterized by a compact design with a single output and the possibility to be motorized with a modular system.

C SEALES DE SALIDA Nos indican la posicin en la que se encuentra el aparato. Se realizan mediante un contacto basado en un rel de estado slido. Se pueden alimentar las salidas C a travs de la tensin auxiliar interna de la de 5 Vdc 24 Vdc que actuar de comn de las salidas y el terminal correspondiente. Tambin pueden gestionarse a travs de una fuente de alimentacin externa (Vmax = 315 Vac/dc, Imax = 120 mA) situada entre las salidas de posicin y el terminal GND. D Selector de modo de funcionamiento Permite seleccionar el modo de funcionamiento de la MAN Funcionamiento slo con el mando manual, no se permite la maniobra elctrica. AUT Funcionamiento automtico con entradas/salidas o comunicacin RS-485. BLC Posicin de bloqueo, imposible accionamiento manual ni elctrico. E DISPLAY La incorpora un display E de 4 dgitos color rojo. El display indicar en todo momento el modo de funcionamiento y la posicin en la que se encuentra el aparato. CTR | Panormica/Overview
Disponibles desde 63 a 3150A segn versiones configurando una amplia gama de Cuadros de Transferencia para conmutaciones Red - Grupo, o aplicaciones similares tanto manuales como automticas. Estn fabricados bajo criterios modulares, lo que permite adaptarnos a las necesidades del cliente en medidas, componentes, montajes, envolventes, protecciones, etc., pudiendo atender de igual manera series cortas, medias, o de gran produccin. El componente principal de los Cuadros de Transferencia es nuestro conmutador de corte en carga ruptura brusca, utilizando el modelo compacto desde 200 a 1250A y el S5F desde 1600 a 3150A ambos en tres polos o tres polos ms neutro*.

Manufactured under modular criteria, our of Enclosed Transfer Switches permit us to meet customers requirements, such as dimensions, accessories, mountings, enclosures, protections etc. and to attend to short and large productions at the same time. The main component of the of Enclosed Transfer Switches is our Load-break Changeover Switch (Compact from 200 up to 1250A and S5F from 1600 up to 3150A). Both versions are available in 3P and 3P+N*.

Para aquellas conmutaciones que necesiten de un accionamiento automtico, instalamos nuestro mando motorizado (hasta 1800A), el cual forma parte del conjunto (conmutador + mando motor + envolvente) en los Cuadros de Transferencia CTRF y CTRC. El mando motorizado se mueve mediante el envo de seales libres de potencial a los bornes del mismo, o utilizando la conexin BUS SERIE RS-485 incorporada.
For those changings which require an automatic operation, our changeover switches are available with Motorized Unit (up to 1800A). It is part of the set (changeover switch + motorized unit + enclosure) of our CTRF and CTRC Enclosed Transfer Switches. The motorized unit is operated by sending potential free releases to the tips, or by using its MODBUS SERIE RS-485.

S5000 DC & ZFV | Panormica/Overview

Los interruptores seccionadores para DC estn disponibles en una amplia gama de intensidades y en tensiones hasta 1.500 Vdc DC21B. Segn las necesidades hay versiones en 2P, 3P+3P, 4P, 4P+4P con la funcin de corte en carga ruptura brusca para corriente continua. Estn especialmente indicados para instalaciones generadoras de energa fotovoltaica, donde se requiera un seccionamiento seguro. El mando de accionamiento estndar se suministra con bloqueo por candado en posicin O para operaciones de mantenimiento. Estos interruptores son los utilizados en nuestras aplicaciones normalizadas para instalaciones fotovoltaicas (ver pgina 76). Como accesorios se pueden suministrar los puentes para seriar contactos y cubrebornes (ver pgina 65). Bajo pedido, tambin hay disponibles: Otras intensidades (ver informacin tcnica pgina 74-75). Conmutadores. Switch disconnectors for DC applications are available in a wide range of currents and voltages up to 1500V DC21B. 2P, 3P+3P, 4P and 4P+4P versions are available, acting as a main switch. They are specially indicated for PV installations, where a safe disconnection is required. Standard panel handle is padlockable in OFF position, for maintenance purposes. Telergon uses this range of switches in all standardized enclosed applications for PV (see page 76). Bridging links and terminal shrouds are available as accessories (see page 65). Situados a partir de la estructura de la malla de paneles fotovoltaicos integrados en un armazn de soporte, facilitan el conexionado y agrupamiento de los strings en paralelo. Este nivel permite interrumpir el flujo de corriente generada de un grupo de paneles (strings) mediante el interruptor seccionador DC sin afectar al resto, consiguiendo as un uso y aprovechamiento optimo de la instalacin sin paradas totales, aportando adems seguridad a personas y componentes. Caractersticas generales/General features

Todos los componentes se suministran interconexionados y fijados a fondo de armario. Presentan una distribucin racional y aislada, lo que permite conexiones fciles y seguras. Principio de funcionamiento de una instalacin tipo

Las instalaciones generadoras de energa fotovoltaica estn formadas por paneles solares que captan la energa del sol transformndola en corriente elctrica (corriente continua). Cada panel individual da una tensin baja (30-60 Vdc) por lo que se unen en serie (suma de tensin) para que la tensin de salida se encuentre en un rango entre 500-900 Vdc. Esta tensin de salida (tensin de circuito abierto) es constante y slo disminuye o desaparece al disminuir de forma notable la irradiacin solar, (los paneles estn generando energa en corriente continua siempre mientras reciban luz del sol). Cada panel da una intensidad de salida que vara de forma considerable con la irradiacin solar que el panel recibe (en funcin del tipo de panel oscila entre 2- 7A). Para conseguir intensidades ms elevadas, los grupos de paneles conectados en serie se vuelven a agrupar en paralelo (suma de intensidades) logrando rangos de intensidad que pueden llegar a alcanzar los 250-300A. Esta corriente es conducida a un equipo inversor que la transforma en corriente alterna, este equipo se encarga de que la corriente sea adecuada para su consumo. Tras el inversor se conecta un cuadro de protecciones magnetotrmica y diferencial, le sigue una unidad de medida para la tarificacin de la corriente vertida a la red. Por ltimo hay un transformador que convierte la corriente para su vertido a la red elctrica. Debido a las dimensiones de las instalaciones (tamao de los paneles, distancias entre grupos etc.) es necesario disponer de una solucin segura, que facilite la conexin de los paneles en la parte de corriente continua. Los paneles tienen elementos que los autoprotegen de fallos propios, pero tambin hay que aportar los elementos necesarios para proteger el resto de la instalacin aguas abajo de los paneles. Es importante tener interruptores que permitan la desconexin selectiva de la instalacin para operaciones de mantenimiento o inspeccin, de forma segura en zonas de generacin de energa y en corriente continua.
Operational principle of a typical installation

Photovoltaic power generating installations use solar panels to convert energy from the sun into electricity. Each individual panel generates a low voltage (30-60 Vdc) and, therefore, the panels are connected in series (voltage addition) to provide an output voltage within the range of 500-900 Vdc. This voltage (open circuit voltage) is constant and it only drops or disappears when solar irradiation decreases (panels are generating direct current energy while they receive light from the sun). Each panel generates an output current that varies considerably according to the solar irradiation (depending on the type of panel, this range is between 2 and 7A). For higher currents, the groups of panels connected in series are grouped together in parallel (current addition) to give current ranges that may even reach 250-300A. This current is sent to an inverter that transforms it into AC and ensures it is suitable for consumption. A switchboard with protection and a circuit breaker is connected downstream the inverter. And a metering unit is measuring the current to the mains. Finally, there is a transformer, which transforms the current to the required mains value. Due to the size of the installations (size of the panels and distance between units, etc.), a safe solution must be provided to connect the panels in the DC side. The panels include devices that protect them from internal failures, but its necessary to include devices that protect the rest of the installation downstream the panels. In DC power generation areas, switches are important for the safe and selective disconnection of the installation for maintenance or inspection.
