To give the sign, raise the three middle fingers of the right handpalm forward and shoulder high. The three fingers representthe three parts of the Girl Scout Promise.Girls give the sign when they:Say the Promise or LawWelcomed into Girl Scouts at the Investiture CeremonyReceive an award, patch, pin or other recognitionGreet other Girl Scouts and Girl GuidesThe idea of the sign came from the days of chivalry, when armed knights greeted friendlyknights by raising the right hand, palm open as asin of friendshi.

Registration Fee: $12
Paying annual $12 dues to Girl Scouts of the USA provides a one-year membershipfrom Oct. 1 through Sept. 30 (membership is not pro-rated, transferrable, or refundable).
To pay by cash or check, you must register by paper. You will need a credit or debitcard to use online membership registration.If you prefer using paper registration forms, please let us know.
Opportunity grants are available to provide assistance for some of the costs if needed.If you are interested in receiving a grant please contact one of the leaders.
