Vision

The Andoys Partnership will be an internationally competent, highly ranked,


trustworthy and environment friendly business, emphasizing and promoting the
Bicolandia and the Bicolanos as well, in the Phillipines and around the world.

Mission

The business shall provide quality based, cheap, and environment friendly
products w/c will propel the tourism of Bicol and the Philippines as well, worldwide.

The business is a micro business owned and managed by 5 students.

C. Background Of Entrepreneurs

The entrepreneurs and the owners of the business are five first year students
taking up Bachelor of Science in accountancy at PSU (Partido state university), goa
campus.

V. Production Plan

A. Manufacturing Process

The raw materials are first bought. Then, the ingredients are prepared. Then,
the oil is heated and the garlic is first fried. Next comes the adding of the peanuts.
Then, after the peanuts turns a little brownish, they are placed in a strainer. While
allowing the peanuts to cool, salt is added and the chili. Lastly is the packaging. Then
the products are ready for selling.

The production is being done at Eddierol’s residence at Soledad, San Jose,.

E. Roles And Responsibilities Of Organization Members

A. General Manager – the one managing and administers everything that concerns
the business. He assigns a secretary and a treasurer. To make his work easier, he
assigns persons that should supervise the production and marketing.

B. Secretary – Keep an accurate, concise, permanent record of the proceedings of


all meetings of the association and of the business. Prepare records in as accurate,
thorough, up-to-date, useable, and prompt a way as possible. Provide service and
assistance and others in a punctual, friendly, and courteous manner. Be responsible
for the archives of the business. The Secretary writes and distributes Board
meeting minutes and maintains records of Board meetings, Board
correspondence. The Secretary is primarily responsible for checking the
company's voice mail and email.

C.Treasurer - They are typically responsible for liquidity risk management, cash
management, issuing debt, foreign exchange and interest rate risk hedging,
securitization, oversight of pension investment management, and capital structure
(including share issuance and repurchase). They also typically advise the
corporation on matters relating to corporate finance. They could also have oversight of
other areas, such as the purchase of insurance.

D.Marketing Manager – he is focused on the practical application of marketing


techniques. Marketing managers are often responsible for influencing the level,
timing, and composition of customer demand accepted definition of the term. In part,
this is because the role of a marketing manager can vary significantly based on a business'
size, corporate culture, and industry context.

E.Production Manager – his job is to plan, direct, and coordinate the production
activities required to produce the vast array of goods manufactured every year in
the United States. T hey make sure that production meets output and quality goals
while remaining within budget. Depending on the size of the manufacturing plant,
industrial production managers may oversee the entire plant or just one area.
