 Pizza
This is one dish that I love cooking for my family
and when ever I’m having a Night out with friends at
my place. It taste delicious , its simple and goesdown well with every one. This pizza can either bemade in an oven or on a hot pan.So for this recipe the main step is making the sauce
for that you’ll need
Sauce :5 tomatoes (small) (blanch* them to give a goodtexture)1 onion (medium) chopped.2 carrots (medium)chopped.1 capsicum (medium)chopped4 cloves of garlic finely minced½ cup sweet corn (boiled)2 table spoons of butter and one spoon olive oilMixed spices like thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary1 veg Maggi cube
 
3 table spoons of tomato sauceSalt and Pepper as per taste
Base :
6’ pizza base (3)
(you could buy it from your local bakery or from afood store )
Garnish:
Cheese (preferably mozzarella or Amul cube)Slices of Capsicum.½ cup sweet corn.Olives .Time :30 mins. And 5 -10mins for the cheese to meltMethod
 
Start by making the sauce by 1 thing toremember when ever your cooking any Italiancuisine always cook it in butter with a little bit of oil .
In a Pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter add thechopped onion and fry it till it becomestranslucent and then add a pinch of salt.
Now add the garlic and fry it for 5 mins.
After you feel that the garlic is cooked add thecapsicum and fry this is what gives the dish alovely aroma
Now you can add the carrot and cook it for afurther 6 mins .
Add the blanched tomatoes along with Maggiecube, spices, and tomato sauce and a bit of pepper and salt .
To give this sauce a smooth texture you couldeither use a hand blender to blend the sauce or put the mixture in a mixer and make a fine pasteand cook it for a further 10 mins. ( the mixtureshould be thick, if runny it will make the pizzasoggy )
While the sauce is cooking you can start with thebase.
