Start by making the sauce by 1 thing toremember when ever your cooking any Italiancuisine always cook it in butter with a little bit of oil .
In a Pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter add thechopped onion and fry it till it becomestranslucent and then add a pinch of salt.
Now add the garlic and fry it for 5 mins.
After you feel that the garlic is cooked add thecapsicum and fry this is what gives the dish alovely aroma
Now you can add the carrot and cook it for afurther 6 mins .
Add the blanched tomatoes along with Maggiecube, spices, and tomato sauce and a bit of pepper and salt .
To give this sauce a smooth texture you couldeither use a hand blender to blend the sauce or put the mixture in a mixer and make a fine pasteand cook it for a further 10 mins. ( the mixtureshould be thick, if runny it will make the pizzasoggy )
