Unregistered use of WhereIsIt? after the 14-day evaluation period, or using any methods to avoid shareware limitations other than using an original license file is in violation of international copyright laws. Registered Version ================== One registered copy of WhereIsIt? may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single work station used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the registered version of WhereIsIt? through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that wil l access the software through the network. For instance, if 5 different workstat ions will access WhereIsIt? on the network, each workstation must have its own W hereIsIt? license, regardless of whether they use WhereIsIt? at different times or concurrently. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE REGISTERED VERSION OF Wher eIsIt? OR TO DISTRIBUTE GIVEN SERIAL NUMBER, LICENSE FILE, OR REGISTRATION DETAI LS BY ANY MEANS. Licenses are issued by name for a specific person; they are not transferrable an d may not be resold by the end user.

Value Edition as a standalone product, or bundled with some other product, you automat ically receive one single-user license for this software. The same licensing rul es apply as to the registered version. Your license to use this software is only valid for this specific release, and does not include a free upgrade to newer v ersions.
