Dear Five Seasons Family Sports Club Member:

Five Seasons Family Sports Club has made a difficult decision to no longer operate our True Club concept in Westlake, OH. The economic environment has made operating the club very challenging. We have been presented with a significant opportunity to sell to an adjacent property owner that we simply cannot ignore. With this transition, please note that your current membership remains in effect and will provide you with continued access to Five Seasons until May 31, 2013. Accordingly, Five Seasons will send your final bill May 1, as usual, for your May membership dues. Effective April 1, 2013 all club charging privileges will cease, hence for all ancillary (non dues) services, payments will need to be made at the time of service via cash or credit card. For any prepaid dues, gift card or prepaid service that has not expired or been used, Five Seasons will reimburse you 45 days after the closing of the club. We understand your disappointment and would have preferred to share the news earlier however due to the nature of a confidentiality agreement with the buyer, we were not able to disclose our intentions earlier. We have truly enjoyed the privilege and opportunity to serve you for the last 13 years as a member of Five Seasons.
