Kundalini "Madness" .. At the base of our spine lies an often dormant energy known as “kundalini”, waiting there as a coiled serpent until it’s time for it to be awakened. There are ways of encouraging kundalini to arise, such as a process called “kundalini yoga”. These unnatural processes may be too intense for the average person, and it may even be harmful for the body to try to force kundalini to happen before its time. Throughout the ages, most spiritual teachers have warned against trying to force kundalini to happen, yet there are many more natural ways to allow this powerful energy to arise within us. This report speaks of these latter ways.
