SEPTEMBER 8, 2012 Lots of bare ice and crevasses; firm snow above to the Dike Pinnacle Notch; snow free above the notch, but watch for recent snow/ice in shaded areas.

AUGUST 16, 2012 Bare ice in the middle, significant crevasses, then snow above.

JULY 21, 2012 Above the dike pinnacle mostly rock. JUNE 30, 2012 Glacier Route still in with perhaps only the upper section mixed to the summit notch. Little to no ice noted...though the bergschrund - easily avoided - has opened up.
