costs, injunctive relief and attorney's fees from defendant to compensate him fordefendant's unlawful discriminatory discharge of employment.
This Court has jurisdiction over Boghossian's federal claims pursuant to28 U.S.C. §§
and 1343(a) (4), and 42 U.S.C. § 200oe-5(f). Furthermore, this Courthas supplemental jurisdiction over Boghossian's PHRA claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C.§ 1367(a).
Boghossian has exhausted all administrative remedies available to him asset forth in Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 200oe,
and the PHRA by filing timely chargesof employment discrimination with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission,which charges were dual filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission("EEOC"), and Boghossian has filed this action within ninety (90) days of the receipt ofthe EEOC's notice of right-to-sue.

Plaintiff Boghossian is a White male who resides at
Bryn MawrAvenue, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania 19010.6. Defendant
is an insurance company operating a center of operationsat 436 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106.7. Ace is an employer and Boghossian was an employee within the meaningof Title VII, the PHRA and Section 1981.
