On the whole Planet, We the People are the sovereigns. Sovereignty is the source
of authority in which all laws some from. Would not God be the ultimate
sovereign? Here on the earthly plane the concept seems to have been almost
eliminated, but recently in first world countries it has enjoyed resurgence as the
millennium has turned and we exit the industrial age.

I believe Sovereignty is the most important issue facing the planet today. Who is
the authority in one's life? Here are some other definitions of sovereignty:

Black¹s Law Dictionary as: Of his own right; possessing full social and civil rights;
not under any legal disability, or the power of another, or guardianship. Having
the capacity to manage one¹s own affairs; not under legal disability to act for
one¹s self.

The King or Ruler. He who has the gold is the sovereign. Who can issue money
and makes foreign policy is the sovereign. Sovereignty = Freedom. If one accepts
God as the ultimate supreme sovereign, and if we are created in his image, then
wouldn't it be a human’s nature to be sovereign? Can we be creators here on the
earthly plane? Do we want sovereignty? Are you a sovereign? Who owns humans
ideas, their productivity, or their life?

Sovereignty intersects all aspects of our lives. I have found history to be a great
teacher. I owe much to many people in my continuing education
Sovereignty has 7 aspects. Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Physical, Economic,
Legal, and Political. You can see how the first four are the inner world, and the
last 3 are the outer world.
Spiritual Sovereignty - Your choice on how to relate with God. You get to decide
who God is for you. Not the State, your parents, friends, or church. Spiritual
sovereignty does not have anything to do with marriage Licences.
Mental Sovereignty - Thinking for oneself. Don't let CNN, CBS, the school

system, group think, or your friends and family etc. condition your thoughts or
worse yet, think for you. Take a media fast and generate a unique idea.
Consumers, robots, straw men, and scarecrows don't think for themselves much,
or "unravel every riddle".

Emotional Sovereignty - To be in touch with ones emotions. Not living from the
neck up, but listening to the heart and yet not being ruled by emotional mood
swings - Emotional Balance.
Physical Sovereignty - The body is a vessel that we get to cruise the planet

with for a short while. To respect and take care of the body with clean water, good
food, exercise, and attention allows humans to have fun in this physical
manifestation.

Economic Sovereignty - What would financial independence mean in life? If all

the bills were covered, then couldn't people do some great things for themselves
and their family, friends, community, country and planet? Do many economic
systems seem to be designed for maintaining survival patterns where most folks
just can't get ahead?

Legal Sovereignty - Creating evidence and entering it into the public record as

to what jurisdiction and law people live under without enforcing or taking away
any of our other rights. In Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, and
America, getting to decide one's citizenship and status is a un-alienable right or
choice.

Political Sovereignty - this is a condition which includes having responsible (or

not!) like minded individuals creating, altering or abolishing governments at will.
It happens minute by minute, by the decade and century. In Australia, New
Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, and America, it is We the People who have
Political Sovereignty at least it is suppose to be. People can collectively decide
their laws, rules, and conditions of interaction in a free republic as a group
without enforcing or taking away any of our other rights.

This material can be powerful, empowering, enlightening as it can affect one's personal and business life as well as the good of the family, community, nation and planet.

Even as a child I knew something was "up", yet I couldn't put my finger on it.
Nowadays the information is here. There is a clear picture of how we got to where
we are. There is information available how to do business in free enterprise as a
sovereign on the planet. In America, many people don't know there are other
choices besides what we have been conditioned to believe. There are choices of
citizenship and of jurisdictions in America (Republic and Democracy) and 2
classes of citizenship. This is very similar in Australia and New Zealand

1. Sovereign state citizen (in the Republic)
2. U.S. Citizen (who has contracted with the Democracy)
Which America is which and what are the differences - "Where am I?"

Below is some more info on sovereignty as it relates to America. Sovereignty
concepts and freedom should be available to all people of the planet.

A ³Sovereign² is a state Citizen of one of the several 48 common-law
states of the Union. A Sovereign is not a Federal citizen or U.S. citizen,
however, because of state Citizenship, a Sovereign is a Citizen of the
united States of America. There is a documented legal difference
between the two. This incredible news is not public knowledge.

A Sovereign has revoked power of attorney from any government agency
they may have unknowingly contracted with in their lifetime. He has
broken these "adhesion contracts " legally. A Sovereign is a Citizen that
has among other things revoked and surrendered their Social Security
Number. They have also sworn an oath to protect and defend the people
and the Constitution of their own common-law state, against all enemies,
foreign and domestic.

A Sovereign is ³Sui Juris² which is defined in Black¹s Law Dictionary as:
³Of his own right; possessing full social and civil rights; not under any
legal disability, or the power of another, or guardianship. Having the
capacity to manage one¹s own affairs; not under legal disability to act for
one¹s self.² A Sovereign adheres to the Common Law. What it really
means is, as long as one is responsible for their actions and maintains
the Sui Juris status, one can do whatever one pleases as long as two
basic conditions are met:

1.Do not infringe on the Rights of others, or damage their property or

person, and
2.Keep all agreements entered into knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily.
Pretty simple concepts compared to the 28,000+ laws in the Federal

Register that apply to U.S Citizens.

Why become a Sovereign Citizen instead of a US Citizen? How about
FREEDOM! One of the greatest lies and myths in America today is that of
property ³ownership.² U.S. citizens cannot hold allodial title to property,
only sovereign Citizens can. The word allodial has been removed from
our common usage. Since the socialist juggernaut was legislated via the
New Deal in 1933, Americans have lost virtually all their property rights
and land, having transferred their assets to the international bankers to
pay an unpayable federal debt. We now deal primarily in real estate and
