day of February 2009, at or about 10:00 p.m, in Pegasus Bar,Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of the HonorableCourt, the aforementioned accused did then and there, with malice aforethought, takingadvantage of the night time and with treachery, did then and there willfully, unlawfullyand feloniously attack BUGS BUNNY y WABBIT with a broadsword, while the latter was fixing his automobile in the parking area of Pegasus Bar, first inflicting three fatalstab wounds upon the right dorsal to middle portion of his lower back, and afterwards,when enfeebled to defend himself, inflicted fourteen fatal stab wounds upon the victim’supper to lower abdomen portions, all wounds being necessarily mortal, thereby causingthe victim’s direct and immediate death.CONTRARY TO LAW.
