So? Ted Kennedy got drunk, killed a girl in his car, and never served one day in jail for it.

You hang these charges on Bush and Cheney as though they are somehow unique in this regard.
You people make me laugh. If you want to start publishing a laundry list of all the things the nation's political leaders have done to break the law, you better buy a LOT of paper.
