shooting

to the
scene
to
conduct
the
investigation
pertaining to the police
involved
shooting. At
approximately
1000 hours Baltimore County Homicide Unit relinquished thescene to Narcotics Units. Prior to narcotics units taking the scene, the
following
individuals were arrested and transported back to Precinct 12,Sarah
Katherine
Betz,
Charles
Raymond Noel and Matthew Marion
Noel.
