Hearthstoneis a skilled-nursing center that welcomes residents atany stage of life who can benefit from individualizedprograms delivered in a supportive environment. An Alzheimer’s unit provides residents safety,independence, and dignity. Hearthstone alsooffers a transitional care unit for those recoveringfrom surgery or illness.Hearthstone is the only facility in Oregon tobe placed on the Eden Alternative registry—a movement toward creating a more stimulatingand homelike environment for residents.
