This project was sponsored by the California Energy Commission's PublicInterest Energy Research (PIER) Industrial program with technical leadership byLBNL. Ecos Consulting and EPRI Solutions performed the research reported hereincollaboratively under subcontract to LBNL and with input from industry advisors andUPS manufacturers.
