Jackson V AEG.
This is the process how the Jury is selected,

1. Panel is sworn in.

2. They are told who the parties are, and what the claim is,(Read at bottom of this text) 3. They are read the Jury Instructions by the Judge(First page here)

4. They have to sit in court and fill in the "Hardship form."(Attorneys for both side leave the court at this point)

5. After all forms are filled in, All Jurors leave the court room.

6. Most of the jurors are excused because they have major responsibilities. Few state they have no hardships, then some who have some are called back individually and is questioned about what they have written in these forms(by the Judge first, then both party attorneys if they have any questions)

8. At the Voir Dire they are futher questioned about what they have filled in in the "Jury Questionnaire"

This is a wrongful death law suit for the death of Michael Jackson bought by his Mother Katherine Jackson and three minor children, Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson against the concert promoters of "This Is It." AEGLive LLC. AEGLive Productions LLC. Brandon Phillips. Paul Gongaware.

Katherine Jackson, Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson are the Plaintiffs. AEGLive LLC. AEGlive Productions LLC. Brandon Phillips. Paul Gongaware are the defendants.

The plaintiffs allege that the defendants are liable for the death of Michael Jackson, because they negligently hired, supervised or retained Conrad Murray a doctor who administered a fatal dose of propofol to Michael Jackson on June 25th 2009.

Plaintiffs seek economical and none economical damages from the defendants. The defendants deny they hired Conrad Murray or that they were negligent. The dispute the nature and extent of the plaintiffs damages.
