Two business people meet by chance in a hotel. one of them from is indonesia, and the other from another country. They get into converstation and begin to compare working conditions in their countries. They discuss these : 1. A : Hi Dude. Long time no see, by the way how are you and your business in your Country ? B : Hi,Fajar. Oh Im and my business very well. How about you ? 2. A : Im very well to Martin. What is your business in your country ? B : I have a textile Industry. 3. B : What is your business you have ? A : I have a resto & caf. You can come to my resto & caf with your friends. 4. A : How your business condition today ? B : So far its good. And how about you Fajar ? 5. A : Oh I just started it, but I have another business Boutique Outlet in Bandung since 2002. B : Wow you are a good business man. By the way how about your job security thats you apply ? 6. A : I have apply job security by join with Jamsostek for all my employess because there is a very important. How about you ? B : Same with you but I join with Insurance Company. 7. A : Martin. Can you tell me how much salaries do you have in your country ? B : Alright Fajar. Salaries in my country is already quite satisfactory and I dont want my employess bias suffered so, I give them precisely salary. How about salaries in your country Dude ? 8. A : Salaries in Indonesia so different with your country. B : What? How can that happen? 9. A : Because the employess in Indonesia are lowgrade. Martin can you help me to make a employess be highgrade ? B : Of course. I can tell you. You must making a promotion to be succesfull your business in Indonesia.

A : Oh good idea Martin. I will do a promotion for my employess like give a reward & extra salaries. How Martin, is that good ? B : Yup very good Dude. I agree with your opinion. Because as a businessman muat be better than other company in the country.

A : Oh yeah Martin I very agree. How about promotion for your business in your country ? B : I often do promotion for my employess to encourage them be better in work.

A : Good job Martin. Anyway how you do a decision making in your country ? B : The decision take to goverment workers are very good and I adjust it in mu business. How about you ?

A : In Indonesia the goverment also make same official regulation about business and economi. B : Wow Indonesia have a good decision making.

A : Sorry Im forget. Anyway how about your first time experience in Indonesia ? B : OMG. Indonesia is over people are kind. The traffic is so crowd but different as the people in Indonesia are friendly.

A : I have big current income and my boutique business almost go international. If you interested, please join with me. What benefit of your business ? B : Business in my country already join with international company and Im going to evolving my business to be multinational corporate. 18. A : how you already to join ? B : Oke.
