Respected Shri Hooda Sahib, We draw your kind attention to our representation of the even no. dt. 16.07.2011 on the above subject, wherein we explained the necessity of constituting a Saraswati Development Authority with particular reference to its advantages with regard to water resource, flood control and tourism angles. We are glad to further bring to your kind notice that according to estimates done by the planning commission, the tourism sector is the biggest employment generator in the country and the 12th five year plan is targeting to have 12 millions foreign tourists arrival in India. This according to the Commission, could generate more than three crores new jobs in the tourism sector in the next five years. In this context, your goodself will be glad to know that as per the Archaeological Survey of India, Haryana abounds in Archaeological sites and commands the highest number i.e. 444 covered by the worlds oldest civilization which was earlier known as Harrappan, subsequently denominated as Indus-Saraswati and now as Saraswati Civilization.

The creation of Saraswati Development Authority would have tremendous impact on the development of tourism in the State, as it will take care not only of the archaeological sites, but also of all other aspects of tourist destinations as ours is the Dr. Baldev Sahai, land where the once mighty river Saraswati entered the plains at Adi Badri (Yamuna Retd. Dy. Dir. SAC/ISRO, Nagar Distt.). This is the land of Vedas, the great celestial message of Geeta, the Ahmedabad. great scripture Shrimad Bhagvata, the great Epic Mahabharata and the massive Solar Eclipse Melas at the colossal tanks at Kurukshetra & Pehowa. This is the land President: of not only the Mahabharata War, but it also bore the brunt of several battles fought by Samrat Prithvi Raj Chauhan at Taraori, the famous three battles of Panipat Darshan Lal Jain, 2, Jain Nagar, and the revengeful fights of Banda Singh Bahadaur. This is a land sanctified by the Jagadhri 135003, visits of Lord Buddha. Haryana gave the world a valiant soldiery including the chief M. 092155-34571 of the Army staff and a great scientist Kalpana Chawla.
