Café Mocha at Home

1 cup half-and-half 
s 
3 cups whole milk
s 
1/2 cup sugar 
s 
1/4 cup quality unsweetened cocoa powder 
s 
3 cups warm, freshly brewed espresso or very strong coffee
s 
1 cup or so whipped cream
s 
Ground cinnamonIn a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan coated with DuPont

 non-stick coating, use a wooden spoon to stir together the half-and-half,milk, sugar, and cocoa until well blended. Bring the mixture to a boilover medium heat, stirring often. Pour in the coffee and continue stirringa few minutes more. Ladle the beverage into mugs and top with whippedcream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Servings: 8
Warm and nutty and, oh, so cozy for a special morning. Anyone can make thisgourmet coffee at home, without the fancy machines. Although not as frothy as,say, a latte, the coffee is just as delicious, without being overly sweet.
