kyron, I used to smoke. In fact, I quit a week ago and let me tell you to a non-smoker you will never understand how hard it is. It's not that simple, you can't just up and 'quit' and thats that. Its difficult and takes preparation. You can get a lot of weight if you don't take certain precautions. About your mom, maybe you should positively try to persuade her to take the steps necessary to help her quit. Show her some videos off of youtube. I saw a bunch of nasty ones on the dangers of smoking. Instead of being so negative about her addiction. I am told cigarettes are more addicting than heroin. I've personally never done heroin, but it doesn't surprise me in the least.

I think that smoking is discusting and to all those people who choose to smoke than i feel very sorry for you and this is also aiming to my mum aswell because she smokes so to all those people that smoke why can't you just stop now before it is to late and somethink bad happens to you.
