The Introductory Page presents thereport date of the BHCPR, bank hold-ing company information, the Tableof Contents, and a description of peergroups. The following facts on thesubject bank holding company areprinted on this report page: the nameand address of the BHC, the iden-tification numbers assigned by theFederal Reserve System to the BHC,the district number of the FederalReserve Bank which has regulatoryauthority over the BHC, consolidatedassets of the BHC as of the report date,the numerical identifier of the peergroup associated with the BHC, thenumber of companies that compriseits peer group, and the number of bank subsidiaries.
