Subject: Stephanie Niewohner Stephanie Niewohner has worked as the Fine Arts Box Office Manager for two years. This position entails hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising student workers, selling tickets as well as processing all deposits and final reports. The fine arts box office does not only sell tickets to events. They also monitor the building nights and weekends. The box office is open 90 hours a week. Stephanie takes her responsibilities very seriously. The year prior to becoming the manager, she was a monitor in the box office. She often stepped up to take over when the manager of the time was unavailable, or help out other students by picking up their shifts when they were unavailable. The box office deals with the public, and she is very capable of handling their questions and concerns. She also has the respect of those she supervises. I am very pleased that Stephanie is now graduating and moving on with her career. She will be an asset to any organization with whom she becomes involved. Sincerely,

Marilyn Dean Fine Arts Facilities Manager 274 Harmon Fine Arts Center 515.271.2018
