Need: Cable Pulley, Medicine Ball, Ugi or Dynamx Ball, Dumbelll, Kettlebell
Cable Low Pully Pull & Twist Ups 1m TO Cable Pully Side Plank Rows 1m Each Side TOReverse Lunge Rotations 1m Each Side
(lunged knee away from machine, rotate out towardslunged knee)
 Cable Pulley Wood Chops 1m Each Side TO Bicycle Roll Over Burpees 1m
(jump up,lower and roll to back, do 10 bicycles, roll over and repeat)
TO Alternating Reptile Knee In PushUps 1m
(do a push up, bring knees in alternately, repeat)
 Jump Jack Squat & Alternating Touch the Ground 1m TO Walk Out Push Up Push UpKnee Tucks 1M
(walk hands out into plank, push up, do two knee tucks, step to standing)
