Physical Education and Student Dining spaces consist of a Gymnasium, a natatorium, and anarea for wrestling. Student Dining occurs in a separate area that opens into the corridor to provide a commons. The electrical system for the facility is generally adequate. Thefacility is equipped with a non-compliant security system. The building has a non-compliant automatic fire alarm system. The auditorium addition is equipped with an automatedfire suppression system. The remainder of the facility does not have an automated fire suppression system. The building is reported to contain asbestos. The overall building is notcompliant with ADA accessibility requirements. The school is located on a 25-acre site shared with Mercer Elementary School adjacent to residential properties. The property isnot fenced for security. Access onto the site is unrestricted.
