Tell me sumthng abt urself. Can I start with my educational background?

(dey say yes) Currently Im pursuing MCS from D.Y. Patil Colg. Im into my 3rd sem. Iv completed my graduation from S P Colg Pune. I did my juniour colg from Daund, wich is my native place. Iv done my schooling from St.Seb.High School Daund wud u like me 2 add my family background?.....(yes) My fathr is a govt employee, he works st Simla office pune, my mothr is a school teachr, I hv an elder brothr, hes completed is MSc in Micro and is currently employed in a private firm. (dis much wud b enough) Strong n weak points? Strong: Im hard working, friendly, a team player. (explain hw u r a team player by eg:) Im copmfortable working alone, but I really enjoy workg in a team. First time I had 2 work in a team environment in my 1st sem of MCS 4 DBMS projs. V hd 12 modules with . (explain abt hw u integrated d modules). Weak: Im a bit short tempered, but Im working on it. (dey ask hw?) Usually I try n avoid any situations involving quarrels, but if Im caught up in 1, then I prefer leaving dat place. But I dont leave d debate. I get bk 2 d person after mayb 5-10 mins wen my head is cool n talk it out wid d person involvd. Y do u think u r fit 4 dis job? Sir, Im very much confident dat my qualifications, skills and abilities satisfy the requirements of dis job. Iv learnt dat d specified job needs good knowledge of java. Iv completed d ----- course in java in wich I hv covered core, servlets, beans, j2me, etc Iv even done a project in java in wich Iv used..(giv brief explanation of ur proj). Working on dis proj made me more n more confident about my java skills. Short n Long term plans? Short: Firstly I wud lik 2 establish myself as a professional. Get better n better wid time. Long: Aftr Iv establishd myself, like everybody else I wud like 2 own a merc, my own flat/apartment, n always keep my parents n my employer proud n happy about me as a person n as n professional. Y did u choose dis carrer? At d time wen I hd 2 choose a carrer, computers were d most happening things.d idea of being a computer programmer fascinated me. N thru al these days I hv realized dat I hd made a gud decision n I enjoy myself in d programming world.

Wat is ur usual role in ur team? I get along with ppl very well, I like interactg with ppl. Usually I try 2 maintain a frndly n healthy atmosphere in d team. I think d key 2 such an atmosphere is always being charming n making d othr person feel plesant. Apart frm dis, I like sharing my knowledge with my team mates n Im very eager 2 learn new things frm othrs. R u goal driven? If im working within sum deadlines then obviously Im goal driven. But if Im in a much relaxd atmosphere or if Im well b4 a deadline i wud like to think byond a specific goal. Whr do c urself aftr 5 yrs? Apart frm being at some high designation, I wud definitely b much more determined, much more responsible person. D next 1 yrs at least I wud like 2 establish myself n bcome technically very sound. Aftr dat with sum experience as a team leader I wud like 2 b a project leader. Can u manage with stress/pressure? hw? Im very much known 2 stress/pressure. Actually I think dat u can enjoy sum work only if u r under sum stress/pressure. Proper planning and keeping ur cool is d key 2 managing stress.(give eg: abt our deadlines 4 projects at college) What is ur location preference? Given a choice I wud prefer Pune, as my family is here.But Im very much flexible n aware of the company policies abt location. Being a fresher, opportunity in a reputed organization like urs is much more important 2 me dan d location. Expected salary? As I said b4, being a fresher, opportunity in a reputed organization like urs is much more important 2 me. But still I wud like 2 have a salary 10000+. Wat r ur strong points accordg 2: Frnd: Very frndly, encouraging, always supporting d right. Teacher: Parents: Sincere, enthusiastic n hardworking. Honest and reliable.
