Hunter Safety Rifle Match

Saturday May 4th, 2013 Located at Westby Rod & Gun County Road P in Timber Coulee Registration 8:00-11:00am - Shooting Begins at 8:00am Trophies and Medals for Top Shooters and Teams New for 2013 New for 2013 New for 2013 Peep Sights and Iron Sights will be in separate categories for the individual and overall categories, but there will be no distinction for the teams. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & Brats will be prepared by Sheriff John Spears and Coon Valley Chief Jay Engelhart MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN DOOR PRIZES Parents are welcome & encouraged to attend Requirements to be able to shoot: Ages 10-15. Must have completed Hunter Safety by the time of this event (bring certificate or temporary certificate). Have taken the Hunter Safety course from a Vernon County Instructor or are a resident of Vernon County. Registration fee $1.00 .22 cal Ammunition provided GUEST SPEAKER TO BE ANNOUNCED Representatives from local Wildlife Organizations and Law Enforcement will be present with booths set up to answer questions and for demonstrations
