ue to Talisman Centre’s increasing popularity withCalgarians, over the years the facility has addednew gyms, a pool, extra weight lifting space andequipment, cardio and
tness areas, and much more.These facility enhancements provided more opportunitiesfor our customers to meet their wellness goals, but wewant to ensure that absolutely everybody, regardless of physical, mental or
nancial ability has full access to whatTalisman Centre has to o
 
er.It is in this key area of accessibility that Talisman Centreis focusing its
rst annual fund-raising campaign. As anorganization, we are committed to removing the barriersto participation for children, youth and families whomay experience hardship accessing our facilities andprograms and who may not be able to a
 
ord associatedtransportation costs, fees, and required supplies. TalismanCentre’s goal is to be an inspirational place to belongfor all our customers regardless of physical, mental or
nancial ability.
Our goal for this fund-raising e
 
ort is $125,000split into four enhancement categories:
1. TRANSPORTATION AND EQUIPMENT 
• Aquatic pool lift• Dryland and aquatic wheelchairs• Wheelchair bus rental• Bus passes• Adaptive cardio and weight training equipment
 2. YOUTH AT RISK 
Give Youth-at-Risk an opportunity to learn valuableleadership and workplace skills that translate into anemployable experience, (eg. tuition to attend TalismanCentre Lifeguard School).
3. ATHLETES IN NEED
Assist developing athletes to attend high performancetraining camps, access performance enhancing servicesor secure necessary equipment ( eg. swimsuits, runningshoes, badminton racquets, etc.).
4. ADMISSION 
Provide access to community groups (eg. John HowardSociety, HERA Society, Woods Homes, Enviros WildernessSchool, Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter, etc.)Giving couldn’t be easier. Forward your contribution to:
