This Module was developed with the assistance and support from manyorganizations, teachers, government departments and individuals.The principal authors of these modules are John Fien, Clayton White,Iris Bergmann, Michelle Griffiths, Meg Parker and Jane Sayers from theRoyal Melbourne Institute of Technology. However these have been adaptedextensively to the Maldives context by Fathimath Shafeeqa, Zameela Ahmed,Mariyam Shazna, Elaine Glen, Jady Smith, Christian Nielsen and Mausooma Jaleelfrom Live & Learn Environmental Education Maldives. A special mention must be givento Karen Young and Dione Brooks from Live & Learn who dedicated many hours to theoutstanding graphic design of these modules.Substantial contributions were also provided by Dr. Sheema Saeed, Ahmed Riyaz Jauhary,Fathmath Nahid Shakir, Aminath Ismail, Hidhaya Mohamed Zahir, Gulfishan Shafeeu andAminath Mohamed from Educational Development Centre to review and strengthen theseModules and their linkages to the Environmental Studies curriculum.
