Current balances:Savings $2,001.38Checking $1,029.01The Treasurer's report was approvedChristine agrees that going forward, the PayPal account will be reported on as an account.George raises that Paypal now has a card reader device, similar to the “Square” service wehave now. This needs further looking into.

Old BusinessGuest Speakers at future Civic Association Meetings
Georgette has contacted Council President Sam Quinn about being a guest at a future meeting.She recommends that we create an agenda in order to have a productive interview. A
 
subcommittee is created to put together the agenda: Georgette, Liz, and George.No contact yet with Vicky Donohoe, regarding our desire to interview her about the history of Narberth and the Civic Association.Christine will contact Bernie Stelzenmuller, who also may be a good resource.Liz is working on getting Greg Strickland Treasurer of the Federation of Civics. He is willing totalk on a conference call or attend a NCA meeting.
Members Potluck Social
Potluck social is now rescheduled for Sunday, February 10, 5:00-8:00 PM, in the CommunityRoom (right side of the library). Free for members, $5 charge for non-member families.Jim will contact Janine Waters, the new town librarian, about being a guest, and for her permission to bill the event as an opportunity to meet the new librarian.
Narberth Day stuffed NarBunny:
Georgette moves to table the discussion on production of a stuffed NarBunny. After discussion, motion is withdrawn. George will contact Melissa Tedrow about construction of bunny.
New BusinessPolicy on posting of events to our online calendar 
Jim raises objection to listing out of town events on the “All Things Narberth” calendar.Discussion produces no result, Wynnewood Whole Foods date will remain on calendar, issueput off for future discussion.
Ricklins Window
The most recent production of Ricklins Window exceeded $100 budget. Receipts submitted for $180.Jim will contact Merion ES and St Margaret’s school about designing a window, for displayaround May.

Motion to incorporate Narberth Greens into the Civic AssociationVote passes
Electronic waste littering the yard behind Borough Hall
Discussion of approaching the borough about removing electronic waste. Georgette will raisethis issue at the Borough Council meeting.
