Appurtenances

One
conditionof
the
approval
was
thatthe
City
must
"determinewhatadditional
measuresare
feasible
to implement
in
order
to
reduce

impacts"to"any
household
[with]
particularsensitivitiestoconstruction

Vinocur
lives

Avenue,
adjacent
to
the Project,
and
has
represented
to
the
City
that
she
suffers
fromparticularsensitivitiesto construction
such
as
that
requiredby
the
Project.
Ms.
Vinocur
has
concludedthat
relocatingto
anotherresidenceisher
onþ
choicà
in
theface
of
theestimated
two
yearsand
nine
months
of
construction.TheBureau
of
Environmental
Services
("BES")
has
concludedthat
it
would
be
feasible
andreasonable
to
reimburse
Ms.
Vinocurfor
a
portion
of
the
purchase
price
of
a
new
residentialproperty
of
Ms.
Vinocur's
choosing.BESproposes
to
pay
Ms.
Vinocur
a
total
of
$27,800uponthe
provisionto BESof
a
copyof
theexecuted
deed
for
the purchased
property.Ms.
Vinocur
will
agree
that
this
payment
will
fully
dischargethe
City's
obligationsto
herunderthe hearings
officer's
decision
and
that
she
will
foreverwaive
any
claims
againstthe

in
