Plaintiff Tracey Cooper-Harris(“Tracey”) is a United States Armyveteran.

Tracey served in the United States Army for twelve years, nearlyten of them in active service.

Tracey enlisted in the Army in1991, right after graduating highschool, and was honorably discharged in June, 2003.
