What i I am traveling out o town and need to have a  maintenance service perormed while I am traveling? 
 A
You may call Warranty Forever™ at 800.810.8458and PRE-AUTHORIZE the maintenance service to beperormed while you are traveling. I you need assistancewith this, you may also contact us in the service departmentat our dealership or assistance.
What i I am traveling out o town and have a breakdown that would be covered under my Warranty Forever™ contract? 
 A
Warranty Forever™ pays or all covered repairs anywherein the USA. I you are more than 150 miles awayrom your selling dealer, you may take your vehicle toa licensed repair acility o your choice to have yourrepair completed. You may call Warranty Forever™ at800.810.8458 or assistance or you may contact yourselling dealer’s service department or details. It is alsoimportant to make sure that all repairs are pre-authorizedprior to being perormed. All repairs perormed outsideo your selling dealership, must be pre-authorized, or therepairs perormed will not be covered.
I my car breaks down and the breakdown is covered  by the Warranty Forever™ contract given to me by my selling dealer, am I required to pay or the repair and then wait to be reimbursed?

No, all repairs are paid or you by credit card immediatelyater the repairs have been completed. Please be surethat all repairs are authorized prior to the repair beingcompleted. All unauthorized repairs will not be covered.
How do I make a claim i I have a breakdown? 
 A
Contact the dealer where you purchased thevehicle. They will handle it all rom there! Iyou have any questions that you would like toask us directly, you may call 800.810.8458and speak with a claims specialist.
When are the claims specialists available to take my call? 
 A
Claim specialists are available Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 8p.m. EST and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday to answer all oyour questions.
Is there a deductible that I need to pay when making a claim? 
 A
There is no deductible on the program. All parts and laborare covered 100%.
How do I know what maintenance is required to  keep my Warranty Forever™ contract in orce? 
 A
It is required that you maintain the vehicle in accordancewith the Manuacturer’s Recommended MaintenanceSchedule and your Warranty Forever™ contract. To checkthe maintenance required or each particular make andmodel, please reer to your owner’s manual.
What i I do not have an owner’s manual? 
 A
Oten times you may fnd a printable version at themanuacturer’s website or you can have us do the researchduring your service visit. Also,you may use the EdmundsRecommended Maintenanceschedule as an alternativeresource. I youhave any urtherquestions, pleasecontact a ClaimsSpecialist atWarranty Forever™at 800.810.8458.
