Frigging Princess

I lusted after a tiara for quite some timenow, but let's be honest where should Iwear it?! To university?Being generally known to be rather eccentric (bordering on wacky) that probably wouldn't be that much of a problem...With Frigging Princess I found a way towear my tiara all winter long.

MATERIALS
[MC] Universal by Wolle Rödel [100% Polyacryl; 125m per 50g skein]; color: Pink; 1 skein[CC] Patricia Irisé-Garn [96% Polyacryl, 4% Polyester; 200m per 50g skein]; color: Silver; < 1 skein16 length-inch US 6/4 mm circular needleYarn needle
GAUGE
18 sts/26 rows = 10 cm stockinette stitch
PATTERN
CO 80 st using cable cast on, knit one row. Divide st equally on both sides of your cable tocontinue with the Magic Looptechnique and and join in round, being careful not to twist. Place marker at beg of rnd.Continue with k1 p1 for 8 rnds.In the next round M1 every 10 st, totaling 88 st.Continue in stockinette stitch for 15 cm.Start crown shaping:1.Rd: *k9 k2tog* repeat to end2.Rd: k 3.Rd: k 4.Rd: *k8 k2tog* repeat to end5.Rd: k

FINISHING
To finish your cozy tiara bearing beanie embroider it according to chart using douplicate stitchin CC (I had to use two strands of the silvery yarn together because it was thinner than the pink), startingwith the base of the tiara in the sixth row above the cuff.Using MC and CC make a 14 cm diameter pom-pom.Weave in ends, firmly attach pompom, wear with pride!
