Title Piping Stress Analysis of Firewater System Unit 95 Kenawang River at JambiMerang Development Gas Production Facilities ProjectDescription PT. Tripatra Engineers and Constructors as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, andConstruction) company with PT. Pertamina and Talisman Energy as a client
working on the project “Jambi Merang Development Gas Production Facilities”.
The plant to be built is flammable therefore needed a system to anticipate the presence of fire that can happen by adding a fire water system. To ensure that the piping system has been able to operate safely without causing an accident requiresthe piping stress analysis. The analysis conducted to ensure and set numerically thatstress, force, moment and displacement at the pipe and nozzle equipment is belowthe maximum limit allowed by existing codes and standards. Stress analysis performed by computational methods using Caesar II program. Piping system
