Monitoring is required to make sure that the project points to thedirection of the goals and objectives through which it was conceived.5.Project completion. It refers to closing a project, which means that thegoals were satisfactorily met.Not all project management follows the steps enumerated above. While mostcontinue up to its successful completion, some are aborted before it reaches thatstage especially if glitches and troubles have mounted so much that they are beyondhope of any repair.
