HUE : A poetic and charming place

You want to find somewhere to relax. You feel tired of crowded places. Why
don’t you come to Hue? It’s a small poetic, peaceful and charming city in
central Vietnam. The former of the Nguyen dynasty of Vietnam, Hue is known
for its beautiful imperial architecture and natural beauty. The Perfume River
runs in the middle of the city. There is a lot of lush vegetation on two sides of
it. Hue is the only city in Vietnam that still has the integral manifestation of a
complex of the monarchic capital comprised of walls, palaces, and royal tombs.
Hue is also an important center of Buddhism. In Hue and its surrounding, there
still exists tens of pagodas constructed more 300 years ago, and hundreds of
temples and pagodas built in the early century.
Hue is also a place where the royal music originated, and a place with
traditional famous dishes and sophisticated handicraft. You can enjoy hundreds
of traditional foods in Hue.
Hue itself is a big and an invaluable museum. It has been recognized as a World
Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1993.
