My thoughts simplified about our own body transformationsgo figure in where to start and end

Hello All, Here is my thoughts simplified about our own body transformations go
figure in where to start and just need to put it all into action…
We all want to have the body of our own dreams but how do we really get therein reality to attain it?Your age, the choices you make, and the lifestyle where you are coming frommight factor goes all into this in how you get results otherwise we all be doing it
every time with a blueprint…

 Nutrition 80%
Figure out your own genetics what it all factors in and how it works?
Genetics, you’re
BODY
is an excuse? Go figure out how you got there in the firstplace. Otherwise do the work!Assess your own body type in how it reacts, responds, and figure out what itneeds to your own current lifestyle.Knowing about our own what works best for you might not work for everyone
else depending to your own set of goal(s). It’s not just about if it fits your macros
and micros but also we under and over consume everything in portions all thetime but we also forget about not consuming anything in a short period of time
basically to stop or to take a break. I don’t call it die
-ting, I call it intermittentfasting to balance it all.My simplified and functional concept plan - I cycle my carbs, consume protein, healthy fat, and it also includes cheating and intermittent fasting as well to whatmy own body needs specification to my mass-cutting phase or to my cutting-
maintenance phase training plan in my current lifestyle. I don’t normally weigh it
unless I go to a specific nutrition plan. I normally just portion everything out towhat I need on a daily basis for the week.
Why I do not count calories? It’s because my calories its re
-set from doingintermittent fasting which is time for taking a break from consuming anything andor eye-balling my daily macros and micros to what my body needs in for my mass-lean-maintenance phase, training, and lifestyle. Why I also cheat because mainlyto re-set my own body metabolism to not get used to it and also works for themental aspect of it. How and when I cheat it also will vary from my own bodyneeds and where I am currently at. A choice of doing a clean or dirty re-feed is thequestion when I cheat and I do both. Yes, I also use supplement to assist andmaximize my set of goals and use it when needed.

Supplementation is anything you need as extra if is when necessary and itsneeded is mainly depends what you are missing as well to compliment whatnutrition, training plan, and lifestyle that you are following into all of these.
Training 10%
Your training is based on what you want to do with your own goal but figure it allout if its short, intermediate, or long term goals. Go figure out this specific set of goals in mind and what you really want to do about it then go from there.Normally people that wants to be healthy and just want to get in shape will stickaround the short term goal due the fact if you go even further than that mainly to
gain lean muscle or to gain lean muscle mass. It’s more than just effort in time
factor that you are putting into it.I think all training protocol methods works to a certain extent and there should benothing all fancy about it. You just need to structure and go figure it all out rep,
tempo, set counts, changing, and mixing it all up. It’s just how you use them
functionally and determine it to what your set of goals are which complementsthat to your nutrition, lifestyle, and anything extra aspects all together of it. Whentraining you need to clear your mind, be in the zone, and just do it! Also even
though it’s already intensely hard w
ork have fun while doing it with a positiveattitude. We all get un-
motivated at time so when that happens it doesn’t hurt to find
someone or a group of people to help you push it and your alter ego will thankyou for it.
Life-style 10%
 I added the
lifestyle concept just because of time. When you don’t put time into it
as a daily habit routine then how do you get results? When you stop how do you
keep it when you don’t have the time to do it? If you are not human you’re an
exception. =) Since we all
live differently to its own everybody had their own life’scircumstances but if you don’t then put time into what needs to be done and do
the work! Back in the days growing up I think it was mainly just nutrition andtraining concepts the two implemented together so forth other than just nonfunctional supplementation because actually people have time and now moving
