34 On March 23, 2009 Landlord to Paramour JOHNSON /MOTHER breastfeeding a 1-month old
35 infant residing in the Unit number C located at 6710 Carleton Avenue S, Seattle, WA 98108
36 participated in the violation of a law both Federal, Uncommon, and State.

38 The Financier was reported “waiting around for you for 3 hours: [while a big gold padlock
39 had been
40 Placed as a barrier unto the conduit box leading to the electricity outlet], the wood planks
41 had been ripped off the front door and all belongings left vulnerable including Persian food
42 also Soy Milk Products, Cereal, Bread Flour, Freshly Baked Hawaiin-Style Shear Payra Bread,
43 Diving Gear (Goggles, Scuba Gear, Divers Back-Pack), Nike Track Running Shoes, Clergy and
44 Attorney Court-Attire, Hundreds of Tax Forms and other items.

46 Last but not least this is not the first time and will not be the last. The LARGE “NO CRIMINAL
47 TRESPASSING SIGNS” were violently removed 1ST in order to gain access to the Conduit Box
48 (The box housing the Electrical Lever leading to the Home) located past the wooden fence
49 unto the PRIVATE YARD and then into the home where the wooden plank rests yanked off the
50 door.

7 On March 23rd, 2009 Roommate and Owner arrived from running errands such as grocery
8 shopping, contemplating going to a Laundromat, etc. and were greeted by old run-down cars
9 getting towed that are trespassing on the property placed by the tenants in UNIT C.

11 The man paramour residing in UNIT C (who has claimed per statements indirectly to have a
12 fairly close relationship with Mr. Singh such as frequently going to his private home in KENT)
13 has come out onto the balcony once before complaining that someone has turned his
14 electricity off via the conduit box.

16 There are nearly 10 run-down vehicles that are blocking every parking space near, around
17 and between the apartment building.

19 One day while looking out of the window I witnessed a female Police Officer placing an
20 Orange Parking Violation Tag unto one of the run-down vehicles (in violation of preventing
21 any visitors from parking).

23 Roommate attempted to utilize a cellular phone such as a 911 only phone to file a police
24 report, however she had explained that while the man in UNIT C was distracting her during a
25 prior incident behind the building for a couple minutes, a car drove up to ROB all her bags
26 and nearly 70 pounds of legal paper work including proof of ownership, business licensing,
27 Gross Lease agreements, Security agreements between she and Mr. Sing.

29 The cellular phones she uses to report consistent Hate-Crimes against her was stolen along
30 with her house keys and every picture of her and proof of her current marriage to Mr. Sakhi.

32 My Roommate ran away from the Paramour of one of the men (Mr. Sing or the man in the
33 unit) residing in UNIT C of 6710 Carleton Avenue S., Seattle, WA 98108 and attempted to get
34 inside the back seat of my car. However, the Paramour [JOHNSON] blocked the car door and
35 threatened to call the police with her CELL PHONE and felt she had more power due to the
36 fact that my roommates shoes were robbed, underwear robbed, 911 cell phones robbed,
37 groceries always destroyed forcing her to go to a HOMELESS SHELTER for food as a result of
38 what appears to be a combination of Jealousy and/or HATE-CRIMES.

40 The Paramour (< [JOHNSON] black female from Georgia) residing in UNIT C kept yelling,
41 “leave you IRAQI”…”You came here and are in AMERICA and don’t even have SHOES OR
42 FURNITURE you’re so broke.”

44 ROSLYN D. JOHNSON, is reported to be a black-american female from Georgia who owns
45 many cars and is rich intimidated the African French-German American (Arab Egyptian) out
46 of her home and threatened clearly Rachel Lynne Sakhi and American-Arab Egyptian by
47 following her down the street while her small child with no shirt on was in the side walk and
48 she was getting consoled by Mr. Darshan Sing with words of comfort “I WILL KILL YOU BITCH.
49 “ …”I WILL KILL YOU BITCH”…”I WILL KILL YOU BITCH!” “YOU WERE EVICTED” “YOU ARE
50 BROKE, YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE SHOES” “YOU BROKE ASS IRAQI” “YOU’RE NOT EVEN
SUPPOSED TO BE HERE”
