Exhibition Guidelines and Entry Form

Overview:
For installation in Spring 2009, our curatorial team is interested in work for anoutdoor exhibition featuring all emerging, New York based artists, with chosen work to beprominently displayed at a well-known, outdoor Chelsea location throughout the 2009calendar year.
Submission considerations:
Chosen work will be reproduced in extra-large, high-resolutionformat, with final printed sizes ranging from 4ft high x 12ft wide to 4ft high x 25ft wide.These unique proportions may or may not suit your work, so please consider the submissionrequirementsbefore entering (see below).
Location:
The chosen location for placement of the final works is well-known and in theheart of West Chelsea. Specific location to be disclosed closer to the show date. There willbe an opening night event as well as press for the show. Each artist will also be listed atwww.art-bridge.org website with links connecting to each artists individual site.
Entry Guidelines:
In order to participate, you must be an emerging New York City-basedartist. Thank you in advance for your adherence.• Please submit only one (1) JPEG per artist.• Work can be in any medium, on any paper or canvas, stretched or unstretched• There is no specfic theme or narrative for the exhibition, though we believe thatabstract works may be best suited for the size and format of this show. How that isinterpreted is up to you. Submission can also be a detail of a larger piece.
Working to Correct Size:
(Please see template on page 5). Because of the unusuallylarge final reproduction size of each piece, you will need to follow the exact measurementsprovided on the PDF template. Working from this document will guarantee correctreproduction of your work in the final show. Submissions that do not fit this format cannotbe nconsidered. Send your questions to: info@art-bridge.org
