Sales Incentives 2010

Incentives for 2010 (MMR/MMS)70,000.00 Net 1. A. General Lines / Carry-All / G I Diab All MMRs/MMs with sales quota above 70,000 (net), will receive the full monthly incentive of Php 12,000.00 if they reach their quota for the month. All MMRs/MMs with sales quota below 70,000.00 (net), will receive an incentive equivalent to 8% in excess of their sales quota Product incentives are applicable starting the month of May 2010.

Payback Incentive (MMR/MMS) Effective date - April December 2010 Time of reckoning end of each quarter All MMR/MMS who will hit at least 100% YTD at the end of quarter will given a Payback equivalent to the total amount of monthly incentives which was not received. If on previous quarters, Payback was already given, no additional Paybacks will be given for the same months on subsequent quarters. Not applicable to product incentives.

Incentive Multiplier Effectively date- April to Dec. 2010 Applicable to all monthly incentives including the product incentives Not applicable to the payback incentives The multiplier is based on the over-all discount given for the particular month

Example: If an MMR/MMS has a total incentive for the month as follows;

If the over-all discount for the months is 7.9% this will be correspond to multiplier of 120%. The total incentive to be given is 14,000 x 120% = 16,800
