The purpose of this session is to make you more aware of the natural human tendency to let stereotypes and personalfeelings about your employees cloud your performanceevaluations. Obviously, you can’t eliminate your feelings,but you can become more aware of them and how theyinfluence your performance as a manager. This session isdesigned to make you more sensitive to the issue of raterbias and show you some ways you can check your tendencyto evaluate subjectively.In the first Performance Management Training module, youlearned how to develop performance goals that motivateemployees to excel. During the second training session, youlearned techniques to coach your employees to help themachieve their specific performance goals. In this thirdsession you will be introduced to techniques that will helpyou minimize subjectivity when you rate your employees’performance.SPECIFICALLY, YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO:
