DLA Quick Registration GuideSummer 09 and Fall 09Each school has been assigned a username and password to our registration system. Registration is a two-step process:
1) Enter biographical data for each student.2) Register student for a course.
Entering Biographical Data
1) On the Main Options menu, click “View All Students”2) Click “Add Student”3) Complete biographical information for each student. Please check that student phone number and email are correct. This is essential contact information for the instructor. If students do nothave an email account, they can get a free account athttps://www.gaggle.net 
 
*Note: At the bottom of the View All Students page, you have the option to export your enrollments into an Excel spreadsheet. This document contains the students’ usernames and passwords.
Registering for Courses
1) On the main options menu, click “View All Enrollments.”2) Click the magnifying glass icon next to course title in which you want to enroll a student.3) You will see your list of students for whom you’ve added the bio information.4) From the Blue Column, click on the box next to the names of students whom you want to addto that course.5) Click “Add Students.”6) Names will now appear in Red Column.*Note: If you cannot see all of your students in the Blue Column, your browser has a scrollbar issue in our registration system. Click on any student’s name and use the arrow keys to scrolldown to the students at the end of your list.
Dropping StudentsBEFORE the 10
th
Day of Class:
1) Click on View All Enrollments.2) Click on the magnifying glass next to the course title.3) Check the box next to the name of the student whom you are dropping.4) Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Remove request.”5) Click the “Update” button.
AFTER the 10
th
Day of Class:
You will be provided with a form to request drops after the 10
th
day.
