Remove the lots with LTCA permanently You cannot remove the lots with LTCA permanently but

you can hide it with creating selection profile as follows QM >> Quality inspection >> status management >> define selection profile >> copy any profile and name it as LTCA and assign LTCA status with tick at 'not' option. After this use this profile in QA33. ........................................................................................... AQL Value &Inspection Severity in Sampling Schemes/ Sampling Procedure:We use AQL Value in sampling schemes. AQL Value is nothing but Acceptable quality level. Along with this AQL value we also define sampling plan in sampling schemes. In sampling schemes we have to define C1 & D1 values. Now C1 is nothing but: For an attributive inspection, the highest number of nonconforming units or the highest number of defects in a sample that leads to an acceptance of the inspection lot. And D1 is nothing but: For an attributive inspection, the lowest number of nonconforming units and/or the lowest number of defects in a sample that results in a rejection. So by defining C1 & D1 we are defining acceptable quality level. Severities ex. normal, tightened, reduced. So for same lot size, sample size will be different for different severities. For ex. for lot size 100, sample size is 7 for normal severity. But for tighten it will be more than 7, say 10 and for reduced it will be less than 7, say 5. So inspection severity will decide the sample size in such a way. Now what is AQL? For same inspection severity, there may be different AQL. Say in case of normal inspection severity, sample size is 7. AQL is acceptance quality level. If say AQL is 1.5 So for AQL 1.5 acceptance no. is 2.Means if 2 samples are rejected max, lot will be accepted. If say AQL is 4.0, acceptance no. will be more than 2, say 3.Means if 3 samples are rejected max, lot will be accepted. So AQL will decide acceptance or rejection of lot. ..............................................................................................................................................

Plausibility factor: If you have not specified plausibility limit (lower / upper depends upon the spec) in the MIC , then plausibility factor mentioned in the plant level settings will be used. About Plausibility factor: This field is used only for results recording of quantitative Characteristics. It protects against the recording and processing of invalid or improbable values. If the actual value of the variable lies outside the plausibility limit defined by the limiting value entered in this field, the system may issue a warning message or block further processing.

.. Input processing control indicator in the MIC. This indicator ensures that entries for an inspection characteristic are processed using predefined rules (input processing). To use input processing for measured values, you must first do the following: * Define the key for input processing, with the attribute of the BAdI parameters, in Customizing. You can find the relevant Customizing table under Quality Management -> Quality Inspection -> Results Recording -> Define Parameters for Input Processing. (You can also create your own logic with the BADI QM_INPUT_PROCEDURE) *Set the control indicator for input processing in the (master) inspection characteristic. *Enter the input processing key in the quantitative data of the (master) inspection characteristic. Choose "98" as the value for the number of decimal places in the certificate profile for the (master) inspection characteristic If you maintain decimal places as "1" while creating calculated MIC, then individual value decimal places during RR of this MIC will be "1".Check with single result recording for better understanding Control indicators in Inspection Plan For this you could take help of documentation of bapi BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE Following can tell you in detail :---> SCOPE_IND: Inspection scope " " Unrestricted inspection scope "<">" Larger inspection scope permitted "=" Fixed inspection scope RESULT_RECORDING_TYPE: Recording type "-" No recording "*" Classed recording "+" Single recording " " Summarized recording DOCU_REQU: Documentation required for inspection results " " No documentation required "."
