Description

The effect of luck (i.e., the dealing of the cards) in Texas Hold 'Em is a subject of much debate in the legal community. In the US, the laws that define "gambling" vary from state to state. Many legal jurisdictions apply a "dominance test" such that if the outcome is predominantly determined by chance, then the game is considered to be gambling.

This study is a joke! There were no MTT hands done in this study and also there were no micro limit hands involved in this study where you see the most ridiculous garbage in online poker. Publish a legitimate report of 1 million hands played in MTT's and include micro limits, mid stakes and high stakes and then publish the report. Cash games only is ridiculous!
