Although it may seem simplistic to more technical readers, keep in mind this manifesto was written for the average none technical person. We felt it was important that they fully understand the benefits and opportunities in what we're describing as the "open cloud"
The first official version will be posted at http://www.opencloudmanifesto.org and will be available under a creative commons license. Anyone who wants to remix it is free to do so.
