Grading
There are two grading periods: April 15 June 10 and June 11 July 29. For each grading period, you will receive an A, B, C, D or F as a final grade. 1st Grading Period 1. Final Reading Test 2. Attendance
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. All students must attend at least 75% of their classes. If you are absent 6 or more times, you will fail and get an F grade. You are allowed 5 absences and two lates in this class. Three lates equals one absence. Students are marked "late" if you are 0 - 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late then you will be marked absent. If you are late because of a train delay, then go the Student Affairs Department in the Building 1, 1st floor lobby and get an excused late form. Fill out the form and show it to the teacher. You will not be marked absent.

Class Rules to Make Studying Easy


1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Do your best, and study hard. Be respectful and polite to your classmates and teachers. Speak only in English to your EIC teachers and classmates. Do not talk while the teacher is talking. Bring your notebook, textbook, pens and pencils and a dictionary to class everyday. Keep all your notes, tests and hand-outs for this class in the same binder or location. Turn off all mobile telephones in class. Or, use the Silent Mode. Do not sleep in class. Do not leave your textbooks in the classroom. Enjoy your classes and your time at KIFL.
